$100/60 Minute Massage - Great for a full body, light to medium pressure, relaxation massage using Swedish massage techniques

or

1-3 focus areas using medium to deep pressure for deep tissue, triggerpoint therapy, sports massage, or injury rehabilitation*.

$150/90 Minute Massage (Recommended!) - Perfect for a Full Body Massage using medium to deep pressure, including 2-3 focus areas! Focus areas can be for Deep Tissue, Triggerpoint Therapy, Sports Massage, or Injury Rehabilitation*.

*Recent injuries will require a doctor referral note (including Chiropractors). Light pressure may be used for very recent injuries (in most cases) to prevent from worsening the injury.

 

Outcall Service 

You receive a massage in your own home or hotel room! Picture this: The therapist brings the table, sheets, lotion/oil, and music (unless you want to play your own music!) and you tell her what kind of massage you want or what areas you need help with while she sets up. You get on the table and relax as she brings peace to those bodily woes (and maybe you even fall asleep, but that will be our little secret!). At the end, feeling refreshed, you sit on the couch and sip on some water or tea while the therapist packs up to leave. You decide on whether to tip in cash, Venmo, or through the app, then you are left to enjoy this moment of tranquility. Sounds amazing, right?

$60 -- A clinical approach to essential oil application. NOT A MASSAGE. Bottoms of the feet and the back are the only application areas for this service. Session lasts approximately 40 Minutes
